ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO ITARCH is a private architectural practice based in Sofia.
Founded in 1994 by Ivan Tonchev, dipl. Architect, Owner and projects team leader.
Since year 2000 – ITARCH Ltd.
Types of projects:
• Architectural, structural and building services design of public and residential buildings of various scale and type; not standard structures and elements; animal protection projects;
• urban planning;
• Interior design;
Staff:
• as a small office basic philosophy is flexibility:
• additional architectural staff is employed on permanent or temporary basis as needed
• engineers and other specialists are contracted or employed as specific projects and work load requires
